I live in the small town of St. Martinville, Louisiana (U.S.) with my wife Tiffanie. I am the very proud father of three children; Kaine, Korie, and Kalyb. When I'm not writing, I work in the Maritime Industry as a Navigator presently assigned to the Gulf of Mexico.

I am a Military veteran of the United States Army assigned to the Intelligence and Security Command. After my Military service, I further served my country as a Peace Officer working my way from Patrol Deputy to the rank of Patrol Division Commander of the Iberia Parish Sheriff's Department.

I have also trained Louisiana Peace Officers at the Acadiana Law Enforcement Training Academy (University of Louisiana- Lafayette). A few of the subjects I taught included Tactical Firearms Training, Hand to Hand Defensive Tactics, and Constitutional Law.
